PROTOCOL OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT

All workers have the right to be treated with dignity, to their moral integrity and non-discrimination is respected. Plan of equal gender opportunities

Gruas Constructora hrough its Equality Plan, has opted to include a gender perspective in policies of management of the company to ensure full equality of access, participation and representation of women of all ages and in all areas as well as introducing the principle of equal opportunities and treatment as a top quality management within corporate social responsibility.
Among the various actions of the Equality Plan recently approved GRUAS CONSTRUCTORA there are two priority actions:

Training session ‘Get value with MJ GRUAS’

The construction company MJ Gruas, through its head of Human Resources, Marta Escolà and Rosa Cabezas psychologist and mentor, has offered a group of 22 unemployed persons (construction managers and drivers) the possibility of participating in an activity dynamics group-based in the method ‘Insight discovery’.

This activity, part of the self, discover what the potential of each person are and what they can bring to a working group. The idea is that each is identified with a dominant color, discover their qualities, develop their skills, etc.

By the SOC this session has been attended by the Head of Territorial Service of the SOC in Lleida, the Head of the Services Company SOC and the principals and techniques of labor offices involved, Lleida and Balaguer, in the CIFO of Lleida.
