Gruas Constructora hrough its Equality Plan, has opted to include a gender perspective in policies of management of the company to ensure full equality of access, participation and representation of women of all ages and in all areas as well as introducing the principle of equal opportunities and treatment as a top quality management within corporate social responsibility.
Among the various actions of the Equality Plan recently approved GRUAS CONSTRUCTORA there are two priority actions:
- Have a Protocol for the prevention of situations of sexual harassment and gender. In this protocol outlined the procedure to follow if a worker or a worker believes he can be the subject of sexual harassment or sex discrimination, she indicated as denounce the situation and reference person should go.
- Have a Non-Sexist Language Protocol. This document provides guidelines to correctly use language without incurring discriminatory use are given. We recommend reading this manual to all employees, especially all personnel with responsibilities in the field of communication.
